Your Role
Irreversible is looking for a digital circuits designer to join our team. In this role, you will work with other engineers and scientists to design, adapt, and test core circuits for cutting-edge low-power AI processors to enable next-generation edge AI applications.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds in physics, computer science, mathematics, and engineering to design architectures for a new generation of low-power AI processors

• Develop and verify RTL models for core components of AI processors, ensuring thorough documentation at each step

• Optimize designs for area, power, and timing through synthesis and place-and-route methodologies

• Conduct high-level functional and performance verification using industry-standard tools and techniques

• Contribute to the development and refinement of digital design flows and methodologies

• Provide support for post-silicon validation and debugging efforts

• Contribute to crafting reports, drafting patents, preparing technical documentation, and attending conferences

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical/electronics engineering, physics engineering, or a related field

• Experience in digital IC design

• Proficiency in RTL coding (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL)

• Understanding of digital design principles, including timing analysis, power optimization, and clock domain crossing

• Familiarity with EDA tools for synthesis, simulation, and verification (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, or equivalent)

• Communication and technical documentation skills

• Experience with scripting/programming is an asset
